Ordering

There are five ways in which you can register your order:

1) By Phone. Phone us on 0115 9463572 between 9am and 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays;
2) By Fax. Fax your order through on 0115 9463571 - our fax takes six rings before it picks up - we now get very few trashfaxes !
3) By Mail. Just complete an order form and send it to:

4) By E-Mail. Simple and Easy, just go to the web form, fill it out and click send;

POST and PACKING - normally by second class post. If you want it faster then you're going to have to spend even more money !!
SMALL ITEMS Flies, Nylon, Thread, etc.. £1:00p
STANDARD ITEMS Books, Fly Lines and the like £1:50p
LARGE ITEMS Per Kilo £2:25p
RODS By Weight and Insurance appx £7:00p
SPECIAL ITEMS are sent insured , and sometimes even next day via PARCEL FORCE - Negotiable !!

DESPATCHING - Usually out the door the same day, about 90% of all orders. If you want next day delivery then please ring first as this is not always possible and an extra cost may be required. We do suffer from stockouts like everyone else, so if an order cannot be completed within one week then we will send it part finished with a refund.

INSURANCE JOBS - Get your favourite tackle insured !! We've handled many claims over the years and the Great Grizzly Bear Excuse still hasn't been bettered . We do replacement quotes for a tenner which we refund if we get the business .
